My son gets a broken jaw by victim, and when his friend (if you can call him that) hands him the gun to scare the victim and friend off, the gun he was handed had no safety. The jerk of the gun discharged the bullet. Immediately after the bullet hit the victim, my son looked at friend and yelled Man why the fuck didn't you tell me it was loaded! But spending 30 years in prison.....As a mom I cant sit back and not put up a fight! help me get my son home!!!
